John provided exceptional service and demonstrated a high level of professionalism. He was quick to respond and scheduled a visit within just a couple of days. His expertise was clear as he quickly identified the issue with our printer and shared valuable advice. It’s great to have someone so knowledgeable to rely on. I’d highly recommend John to others. Thank you for your help, John!

I called John to fix a HP laser printer (MFP283FDW). He tried to help me on the phone and then visited my house to fix the printer. He had to take the printer apart to clean the lens, as suspected. Printer is working fine now and owner is happy.

Janine Roberts



John was absolutely brilliant! Incredible prompt response. Diagnosed the problem straight away. Located the part and helped me order it then came back and fitted it. He also did a good clean and checked it was all working. Life saver as I run my own business from home and don’t have access to this type of support. It’s also saved me several hundred pounds from not having to buy a new one. John will be my go to guy and I highly recommend him.



Great job at a fair price. John went out of his way to make sure my printer was fixed. Not only that, he followed up afterwards to make sure things were continuing to work correctly. Engaging, personable and professional, I highly recommended PrintFix.



John is very friendly and professional. He responded quickly and came out within a couple of days. He knew exactly what the issue was with my printer and offered some sound advice, he knows his stuff! A really good contact to have and pass on. Thank you John.

Charles Moore



John kept me fully informed about his arrival time and then did a thorough job of fixing my printer and servicing it. He also agreed to come back at no additional cost to fix the issue if it reoccurred, but it is now working fine.



Great communication, very fast and saw us the day after we contacted! John offered us some great advice about our print servicing and also offered to help fit our fuser unit without any extra fee. Thanks so much!



John was great! He came to the house within days of calling him and was very knowledgeable, spending time to ensure he got the correct diagnosis. I would highly recommend him to anyone with a printer issue. Superb service!

Dennis Dracup



Very reasonably priced considering the attention and care applied. Diligently addressed my printer ink blockage issue. Printer miraculously restored to its intended function. If there were green fingers for printer problems- John of Printfix has them!

Paul Woowat



Very happy to recomend Printfix should you have a printer problem. My Xerox Colorcube printer is no longer supported by the original supplier and the recomendation was to replace but John quickly identified the problem and found the necessary replacement part. The printer is now working as it should at a relatively minor cost compared to replacing with a new machine of probable inferior quality. Thank you John.

Jo Waterson-Deuble



I cannot recommend John enough. He is very friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable in his field of work. He went out of his way to provide such a quick and excellent service for my printer problems. It was very much appreciated, thank you again John.

I was very pleased with the swift and courteous service provided by John''s company PrintFix. He certainly knows what he's doing. Call out charges are reasonable. In my case he was there on my doorstep the next day. He diagnosed my printer-problem without fuss and fixed it. Thoroughly recommended.



PrintFix provided an excellent service, booking us in for an on site visit to our office very quickly. John diagnosed the problem very quickly and was extremely helpful with suggestions on sourcing the part required. Will definitely use again for any future repairs.

Timothy Rawe



Very efficient and straightforward. Explained very clearly what my options were with regard to the repair (i.e. that it was not 100% sure that it could be repaired). However, he fixed it and has given my printer another lease of life!

Glen Ford



John was very helpful. Needed a new part from Amazon and John allowed me to have it delivered to his address so saving me time and expense travelling to his workshop. Although a bit away from me distance wise, it was worth taking my printer to him for repair. Would highly recommend his services!

Sindy Luthra



Excellent service by John. Very helpful and really knows about printers especially my ancient one. He’s very experienced literally took it to pieces and rebuilt it with great care. He came home tried to fix it on site then took it away and bought I back a few days later which was amazing as I thought my beloved printer was on its way out. Highly recommend his services



I took my Epson Ecotank printer into Printfix this morning to have the inkpads replaced. It also had a WiFi problem. John was very pleasant and did a good job at a reasonable price. ( he did not charge for the WiFi fix as he could not check it out, If it was not fixed when I got home, he said he would charge (a very reasonable) £20 to check it out at my home. When I got back it worked. I can truly recommend him. I will use him again if the need arises.

Jane Maxwell



I had an urgent printer problem and Printfix was able to give me a short term solution immediately over the phone, with a promise to book a home visit asap. This appointment was carried out punctually and efficiently with friendly and professional service. A good company to know.

Andy Webb



John quickly came out to fix our printer, had great communication and the whole booking process was very simple and stress free. John is very knowledgeable, reliable and did a great job. Very reasonably priced too would highly recommend.

Nigel Sharp



Via Whatsapp, John of PrintFix was able to hypothesize a diagnosis based on my observations, and was right! I'd already guessed the laser toner had dried up (I was wrong) and had bought some more. Prints were extremely faint. John asked if the printer was in a smokey or dusty environment - yes I'm a heavy smoker! He guessed the laser scanning optics (for print not scan) had got smoked up), and offered a trial fix - £55 if it worked, £30 if it didn't. I brought the printer to his office in Basingstoke. Extremely happy with the result!

Paul Neuhardt



The printer for our small business broke after a paper jam. John helped us diagnose the problem remotely and had the new part to us right away. We depend on our printer, and PrintFix got us up and running again quickly and economically. We hope we don't need these services again, but if we do we will come straight to Print Fix!

Nic Joynson



My Samsung laser printer was not working and Printerfix was the third company I contacted. The first two were both uninterested, but John quickly resolved the problem. Furthermore, his initial quote was accurate. I have no problem in recommending Printfix: I would definitely use again!

Conchita del Campo



John provided an excellent service when he came to rescue my printer. He persevered and was determined to resolve the mystery of why it wasn't working. I am a very happy customer and can highly recommend his skills and professionalism.

Albert Chan



John Wooderson at PrintFix provided me with truly excellent customer service when I recently took my more than decade-old malfunctioning HP MFP laser printer to his workshop. He was impressively knowledgeable and diligently set about diagnosing the problem. It turned out that a faulty printed circuit board (PCB) was likely responsible, making the repair uneconomical. John helpfully recommended a selection of suitable replacement MFP laser printers, one of which I ended up purchasing from a trusted supplier.

Graham Jones



I tried a few different websites but John from PrintFix was friendly and easy to deal with. He came round the next day quickly sorted the problem out and was happy to give further advice on dealing with the printer going forward. Happy to recommend.

Rob Molloy



Had a faultless service from John. He not only serviced and cleaned the printer for us, but also gave great (and impartial!) advice on the best places to buy consumables. Service was quick, communication was good and price was extremely reasonable for the level of service he provided.

Richard Harris



Brilliant work. John managed to fit us into his busy schedule due to a cancellation, and he quickly fixed our HP colour laser printer which was jamming, He suggested the printer was moved into a warmer room as he thought the machine and paper were damp and he also installed new cartridges which we had some time ago purchased.. It’s now working fine. If we ever need more help I will definitely see if he can help us again. Thank you

I discovered PrintFix some years ago when I had a printer failure at a crucial time. I searched on-line for a 'local' repair [- within 20 miles] and took my laser printer to PrintFix/ John by appointment 'there-and-then'. It was fixed whilst a waited - I was impressed with his approach, efficient workshop and helpful customer inface. I have subsequently referred to John ever since when printer issues arise, including just recently [January 24] where the response to yet another 'critical time' failure has again been resolved so well.

Neil Lock



I had a really nasty paper jam, so bad that I could not remove all the paper from the printer. I took it over to John Wooderson at PrintFix, and he was able to resolve the problem - and yes, it really was a difficult one! I'll certainly use him again if I need my printer fixed in the future.

Rob Atkins



I thought my Epson L355 printer was dead until I stumbled across John. Quick email contact identified that replacement of print pads was possible (despite advice to the contrary from Epson). As he was quite local I popped in to see him and he did the job while I waited. Printer now working again as new. Really cheap too! Top class.

Adam Bland



Delighted with the service received! Had a few issues with a couple of older office printers and got in contact with John - really easy to arrange the appointment and the issues were resolved on site. Both printers are now running smoothly again - very pleased!!

Gavin Little



Great service from John @ Print Fix. Our plotter printer stopped working, a vital bit of equipment for our business for printing out large scale drawings. Called John and was repaired, cleaned and complete within 2 days. Much appreciated and will be using Print Fix again for any further requirements. Highly recommend.

Philip Rose



John arrived on time after agreeing the slot with me first. He fixed the problem quickly and offered advice on how to avoid similar problems in the future. He was professional and knowledgeable. I have now fixed his card to my machine. I wouldn't consider any other repairer for any of my printers. Great job.

Ian Gilmour



It’s very difficult to get someone to come out and work on your printer. My printer was working and then not working very frustrating. I called John at Print Fix and he kept in touch next day to see if there was a possibility of him coming to my house. As good as his word he came to my house and diagnosed the problem, which he corrected and my printer is now working perfectly again. Great Service...Highly Recommend !!

Julie Walmsley



Came across Printfix after a Google search and, because it was cheaper than the alternatives, threw out an online request. John replied speedily and efficiently; he arrived promptly on the agreed day/time and repaired/serviced the office colour printer thoroughly, without fuss. Lovely fella. Would definitely use him again and have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

David Queen



After spending hours removing paper, trying to reset the error code various ways I relented and sought professional help. John, a nice chap, worked his magic with my printer and it now works perfectly. This has saved me from an expensive office refit to accommodate current printers which all seem to have top loading feeders! Thanks so much.

John Woodburn



My Epson printer had stopped functioning, owing to the printer pads having come to the end of their serviceable life. John promptly ordered the replacement ink pads and, within a couple of days, my printer was back up and running like new again for a reasonable fee. The existing ink pads showed upon removal that they were no longer fit for purpose and on the brink of leaking ink. I commend John highly for his efficient and professional service and courtesy, and I would definitely recommend him.

Millie Roberts



Really pleased with the service I received from PrintFix. From the off John was very communicative and helpful and explained a lot to me about the printer we have and how I can resolve issues in the future. He was efficient and fixed the problem and followed up the next week to check in. Really lovely man and great service I would 10/10 recommend him.

Pippa Coupland



John came out last week to assess our printer and he absolutely fantastic. So knowledgeable, helpful and extremely professional and friendly. We would not hesitate to contact John again for support and cannot recommend him highly enough! Thank you so much John.

Christine Parkes



John responded promptly to my communication and arranged a mutually convenient time to come to my office. As a small business it is important to have a printer in good working order and John was able to oblige. He arrived promptly, fixed the issue in a timely manner and conducted himself courteously. I have no hesitation in recommending Printfix.

Lynne Troughton



John wasn't able to fix my printer so I can't really say it was 5* but I understood why, and he gave me very good advice about a replacement. He was very reliable and charged a fair price. He clearly knew what he was doing so I would still recommend him.

Melissa Snell



John arrived at the agreed time and called in advance to check it was OK. He checked over our old Epson Multi-function Laser printer, identified the issue, was able to source a second-hand spare part that partly resolved the issue (which he fitted the following day) and gave advice on potential replacements. Professional service. Would highly recommend

Gary Wheadon



The service we received from John was 1st class. He kept me informed at all times as to when he would arrive. He worked fast and diligently to sort out the problem, and had our printer working in no time. I would thoroughly recommend and would certainly use him again should any further problems occur.

David Mclean



John has provided super professional advice, guidance and service both in person and on the telephone as well as a very reliable reconditioned colour laserjet printer at very good value for money. Printers seem to be the bane of life of everyone, but not any more. Printfix does what it says on the tin - Printfix really can sort those problems your printer problems. Very highly recommended. Many many thanks John.

Maurice Fleisher



How refreshing. A tradesman that responds promptly, turns up unexpectedly the following day, fixes the problem and at reasonable cost. Highly recommend John of PrintFix for old-fashioned and friendly customer service who really knows his onions.

Trevor Fidgett



Called PrintFix and spoke to John reference a Laser Printer print quality issue. He arranged a visit next day to look at it and diagnosed faulty toner cartridges as the cause. As the toner cartridges have a three-year warranty, he advised me to contact the company in question for replacements which they have agreed to send me. Very helpful, speedy fix and good advice. I would definitely use PrintFix again!

David Stramazzotti



John is a very knowledgeable guy. He offered a fantastic service and our Lexmark printer is now working as intended. John showed up perfectly on time and he was out of our office in under 1 hour, leaving everything clean, and most important, serviced the printer properly. He really knows his stuff, in a world of so called technicians, I am glad to see there is still people out there you can rely on. Can certainly recommend PrintFix, and will be using again. Quick service, didn't have to wait weeks to have a visit, honest fees and printer works again now! 5 star review for sure. Will use again when/if needed.

Nikki Saunders



John came to our studio to take a look at our printer – he was friendly and professional and offered really genuine advice on the issue. He couldn't have been more helpful and I would definitely recommend him to anyone. I will also call upon his services again when the need arises.

Caroline Watkin



I called John out to take a look at our Plotter as it hadn't been working in quite a while. John quickly diagnosed the issue, helped me order the correct part, came back the next day, fixed the equipment and then set it up for me a gave me a tutorial. Fantastic service, cannot recommend enough.

James Craven



John attended our premises to repair 2 laser printers. He was on-time, tidy and proficient. One of the 2 printers needed an additional part which he ordered and returned to fit, completing the job. No fuss, good communication - Just what we needed - job done.

Gera Peacock



John came out following issues with our office printer which I was unable to resolve. He came out the very next morning, was very helpful and managed to resolve the issue very quickly. I would definitely recommend PrintFix; they are reliable, friendly and reasonably priced! Thank you PrintFix!

Fiona Greensmith



We have used Printfix services for a Lexmark desk top printer. Organising a date/time was very easy, if John could not answer at that time, he always called back. Service carried out efficiently and explained what to check for to avoid larger problems. Great, prompt service.

Jean Ramsey



I discovered John at PrintFix on line. I have had a long-standing issue with the quality of the printing on my machine. As a bit of a rookie l was afraid it was something that l may have done. He was most accommodating and even agreed to meet me at his workshop on our way down to Poole this Saturday 21st May. He reassured me that it was that the cartridges were faulty and the advice l was given by the supplier, had made the situation even worse. He wrote me a script to ensure l get the best outcome. His fee was very modest. He is quick and efficient and l have no hesitation to recommend him!

David Latham



A pleasure doing business with John from Printfix. Our initial contact was by phone and he gave me the repair price excluding any parts required. John was friendly, knowledgeable and professional, and went out of his way to make sure my printer was again in good working order. I would highly recommend Printfix for all your printer / PC repairs.

Sharon Butler



Our company printer needed a good service and clean. As a small business in Farnham I wanted to find a good local company and come across Printfix. John is amazing, he was able to attend on the same day I enquired. John is very professional and explained in detail the problem with the printer. I would highly recommend his company and services as his prices are very reasonable.

Chris Kingwell



John helped cleaned up my document files which were in a mess and get everything back in order. He had previously helped me over the phone with printer problems in my Spanish office and resolved everything. An extremely responsive service, reasonably priced and a nice guy.

Tim Carr



John responded rapidly to my request for assistance and very quickly diagnosed the problem. He tried to source a new part however my printer is too old and parts are no longer available. Very good value as a fixed price call out and diagnosis charge. I would certainly recommend John to anyone looking for printer repair. Thanks, John.

Debra Gadd



I bought an HP printer about 5 months ago and hadn't been able to use it because it kept saying it was offline - my computer and the printer didn't see eye-to-eye no matter what I tried (and the HP help was Beyond Useless!!!). No use having a printer if I couldn't use it. John came around, and sorted it out - very friendly, knows what he's doing, isn't greedy when it comes to price. I would recommend him any day. Thank you, John.

Colin Smith



Very good service from Print Fix. I'll use them again if/when I need some action on my printers. John responded very well to the problems I reported, assessed what might be needed, then visited my office to attend to the printers. Sorted the problems there and then, advised me on next steps with the toner cartridges and the charge for his time was very reasonable. Excellent!

Amir Amirani



John was responsive after I contacted him, gave me an analysis and fair warning about the risks of fixing the problem. He arrived on time, confirmed that the printer was like unfixable, and charged a reasonable fee for it. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful, and I would recommend him.

Danny Higgins



On the back of a recommendation, I gave John a call to fix two printers which had failed on me in the same day. Not only did he give advice over the phone for the first, but was able to visit me in short order to ascertain the solution to fix the second, and give some advice on other printers we own, saving us plenty of money in the process. With working printers a necessity in my business, we needed an on-call service provider, and I think we may have found our man!

Tony Lopez



Having extensively tried myself to fix my (excellent) Dell 2135CN multifunction printer (lots of online help), I drove (by agreement) my unresponsive device to John's workshop, where he eventually resolved what turned out to be an extremely awkward issue related to a printed circuit board. He kept in regular touch, maintained his quotation (even acquiring a second hand printer at his own cost, with associated risks!) and restored its performance for less than £100 (even throwing in the spare toners he received with his spare parts!). Incredible service justifying all the previous feedback I read about. I'm glad to genuinely add to it.

Found PrintFix by chance from Google search.. so was delighted we'd chosen a good company! John fixed our office printer which we thought had printed its last page but with John’s knowledge he advised us on what part we needed to fix it. John gave it a service, a good clean and I'm happy to say our Oki Printer is up and running again! Competitively priced and did a great job. I would recommend John to anyone who has any printer needs and we will definitely be using John again!

Clive Harder



I found John of Printfix friendly and he efficiently dealt with the repair of my Epson workforce printer, finding the appropriate spare part. Although he didn't make the first appointment to collect the printer from me this wasn't an issue. A very good price for repair given two visits made to collect and return the printer. Would highly recommend.

Susan Alcock



I had acetate melted onto a roller of a Lexmark laser printer. John was recommended by our company's IT support company and he did an excellent job. He came when he said he would and fixed the problem in less than an hour and asked me to check the fix by printing a test page. I would thoroughly recommend John.

ITS Chelmsford



I would highly recommend John and his services, he went out of his way to track down a part for us which was difficult to source. He then completed the works as scheduled both professionally and efficiently to get our machine up and running again. He was friendly, helpful and within budget - would definitely use again!

Carolyn Marrs



We called John as our office printer was playing up and the colour wasn't working correctly. John came out the same day and diagnosed the problem - very professional and knows what he is talking about. Gave our printer a good clean and recommended how to solve the problem. We have since used his services again for another printer and really pleased with his work. Clean and tidy and competitive rates. Thanks John.

Jules Cheeseman



John helped me in my hour of need over the weekend. I left him a voicemail and he came back and helped me via email and text to get the issue fixed ! The stress was eased knowing I had his support remotely and could get it fixed with his top tips ! And if that did not work he would have come around in the week to fix it. Thank you so much you are a super star !

Trevor Hearn



After struggling to get any response from other people (including OKI themselves) we called John and he was able to attend very quickly and identified the fault that had been plaguing our printer for several years, even an OKI engineer mis-diagnosed it! Great service and we now have 2 clean and functioning printers, definitely recommended!

SkySi



Came to fix our Brother multifunctional printer. Was easy to get hold of and able to work around our timetable (we're a hospital). Also was happy for me to source the part to save us a bit of money. Very friendly and professional to deal with. Will definitely be saving as a useful contact for future printer issues!

Fernando Ripolles



Called PrintFix, spoke with John who was very knowledgeable and patient. Explained the problem I had with my Epson printer, sent him a few photos of the pieces I thought were faulty. John diagnosed the problem remotely, ordered new spares for me and came by to my home to install them and fix it. Super service, printer is working great again... saved me from having to buy a new one!

Marcin Balkiewicz



This was our first experience with John and I must say everything went very well. He quickly diagnosed the fault and told us what parts needed to be replaced and he cleaned the printer. Admittedly, after the parts were replaced there was still a minor problem with the printer, but John came back and repaired at no extra cost. He also replaced the broken part in the second printer and cleaned it too, all for a reasonable price.

Casa Clubs

Called John when our office printer failed to print to the correct standard. He diagnosed it straight away and was able to order the parts in and fix in a matter of days. He was responsive, good communication. Competitively priced and did a great job. Even cleaned our machine out and gave it a service whilst fixing. I would recommend John to anyone who has any printer needs and will use again when needed.

John was such a pleasure to deal with. Was very prompt to book an appointment and found him both professional and down to earth to deal with when booking him to come check out our printer. He came door to door and his prices were perfect. Would use again and recommend 100%

John's response was very quick - I called him on Thursday afternoon and he was in our office fixing our printer by Friday morning! His fee was also very reasonable. Our printer is ten years old, and as a business with sustainability at the heart of it's mission statement, it is very important to us to repair, reuse and recycle as much as possible - John's attentive service and superior knowledge meant we didn't have to scrap our printer and buy new. We are really pleased and it's so nice to have our printer back. Thanks so much John. We highly recommend you to everyone who needs printer repairs and servicing.

Peter Halliday



John is a consummate professional in his field. A year ago, he solved a paper jam problem with my Epson printer, so when I got an immoveable paper jam in my shredder, he was my obvious port of call. In spite of it not lying in his speciality, he kindly agreed to have a look at it. I left it with him to strip down and inspect. He readily identified where the fault lay, and tried to obtain the necessary spare part but, sadly, that proved impossible. Not for want of effort on John's part. I was most grateful for his efforts, and can happily recommend him to anyone else requiring similar technical assistance.

Kevin Hunter



I needed a Dell colour printer cartridge removed and the machine serviced. John called me straight back and arranged a date for him to attend. He sorted the problem out and gave me some useful advice on the future use of the machine. I will definitely use him again for our company printers.

My office has 2 HP printers and we were experiencing print quality problems with both. I found John via the internet, called him, he sounded professional and courteous and promised to stop by the office in the next 2 days. He also provided an estimate which I was happy with. True to his word he came to our office as planned, fixed the problems and also explained what the problems had been, which was useful. I would have no hesitation in recommending John to any person or company as he provides a great service. PS His estimate was bang on!

I recently had a big problem with my printer not working at all. I rang John expecting to have to pay for an expensive repair. But no, John talked me through what I needed to do and the problem was resolved - Brilliant! I even offered him a consultancy fee, but he refused to take it. If you need a professional engineer who knows printers inside out, and is 100% honest, then John, at PrintFix, is your man.

John was able to get to site very quickly and solved our initial issue immediately. He came back to solve a secondary issue at no extra charge. A very fair price and a very personable person. I will definitely be using Printfix again if needed and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

Printfix's service was excellent. Initially, John was very quick to respond to my inquiry and was happy to come into the office at our earliest convenience. While our printers were being serviced he was extremely helpful, answered all our questions and even helped us out with a few additional bits. Would definitely recommend.

I had a printer problem after jamming it with paper. I hadn’t any idea what to do and didn’t want to scrap it as I had a new cartridge to use that would probably just fit the Samsung. I need to print out receipts for our VAT returns and was relieved to find PrintFix. John called round to our Fleet home very quickly, took the printer away and a couple of days later it was delivered, fixed and cleaned. The cost was reasonable, the service fast and friendly so yes, I would recommend PrintFix.

Edward Platt



PrintFix was recommended to me by my local computer repair company. Unfortunately John was able to identify very quickly that he would not be able to fix the problem in a cost effective way himself, but nonetheless went to significant lengths to help me find out how best to resolve the issue - even though he would not be paid for his time. I cannot speak highly enough of his attitude, and will unhesitatingly go back to PrintFix in the future.

Couldn't recommend John enough. If you have any printer issues, do not hesitate to contact him. Whether you are after advise about what to get, need a repair, to prolong the life of your existing hardware or just need the peace of mind that everything will be taken care of, look no further. He will never persuade to spend money when you don't need to and most importantly he shares our value of minimising waste wherever possible. Thank you!

John at PrintFix has helped me on several occasions now (I seem to be the unluckiest person in the world when it comes to printers!) and I couldn't recommend the company highly enough for its friendly and efficient service. If you need advice re. printer sales or repairs, I don't see how you could do better than PrintFix. (And I am in no way related to the company or its staff, by the way!! Just a very satisfied customer).

John is really good - one of these 'does what he says on the tin' kind of guys. I had a problem with a printer and he came out to see me same day. Identified that I'd ordered the wrong ink and ruined the print head and suggested that the cost of the repair would be more than the printer itself. Total honesty and a quick response - I like that in a supplier, thanks John would always recommend you.

I can't remember how long I have relied on John, it has to be at least 8 years, in two different companies. He can usually fix it, if not, he will tell you. If it's not worth fixing, he will tell you. I totally trust him, which is really important for me. He will always try to fit you in as soon as possible, often on the way to another job. I would totally recommend him.

We are a charity Residential care Home and thought we would have to pay for a new office printer/scanner, which would push our budgets to the limit but PrintFix came to our rescue. He fixed what everyone else had said was not possible. His prices are very reasonable and he is very prompt and professional.

John Wooderson is an industry expert, whose knowledge and commitment to refurbishing all sorts of tired printers and getting them back on their feet wherever possible, is second-to-none. He also has a vision for more repairable, refillable and reusable printers design into the future. Highly recommended, very personable and fantastic value for money.

I contacted John about a problem with an HP printer cartridge. I knew if I contacted John I would get an honest appraisal of the problem - and so it proved. He diagnosed the problem over the phone. We realised it wasn't a hardware issue, so no call out needed, but John has deposited another sum into his Bank of Goodwill. Thank you!

Highly recommended and great service from Printfix. We as a company have been looking for a local company to work with, that would supply a service plan on all our printers. John worked with us to ensure that he provided what was necessary for the overall benefit of the company and all printers now serviced, working correctly and on a service contract. John worked around our time schedule and was both thorough and tidy whilst working on the printers, we look forward to working with Printfix.

John has been great, helping to mend my daughter's printer, which she uses for all her university work! He wasn't able to totally sort the issue but made the machine workable again and his charges were very reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to have a look at any issues with your home printer before you consider throwing it away and buying a new one!

I was scouting online to find a local company to help with my Epson inkjet printer. The printer had bad printing quality and I was trying to save having to buy a new printer after spending out on buying new ink cartridges for it. I found PrintFix and realised they were just around the corner from me. John fitted me in the next day so I could take my printer to him and I had it back the following day. Despite us both being dubious about the possibility of fixing the issue, John managed to get my printer working better than before and I even managed to get more prints out of it after he had fixed it and without the quality being compromised. John was very accommodating, honest and very reasonably priced and saved me a fortune! Couldn’t have asked for a better service and would highly recommend him to anyone else that is having printer troubles.
