The service itself consists of scheduled cleaning inside and out of the machine, and vacuuming out all of the dust and toner.
It also includes cleaning of internal rollers, pickup rollers and other small wearable parts such as separation pads.

All labour charges are covered as part of the plan, but any Consumables, Maintenance Kits, Fusers and all other spare parts are additional expenses and these will be quoted for and invoiced separately.

These plans are specifically designed for Laser printers only. However, we have our Office Printer Repairs service to accommodate any other type of printer you have which may require looking after.

I took my Epson Ecotank printer into Printfix this morning to have the inkpads replaced. It also had a WiFi problem. John was very pleasant and did a good job at a reasonable price. ( he did not charge for the WiFi fix as he could not check it out, If it was not fixed when I got home, he said he would charge (a very reasonable) £20 to check it out at my home. When I got back it worked. I can truly recommend him. I will use him again if the need arises.

I had an urgent printer problem and Printfix was able to give me a short term solution immediately over the phone, with a promise to book a home visit asap. This appointment was carried out punctually and efficiently with friendly and professional service. A good company to know.

John quickly came out to fix our printer, had great communication and the whole booking process was very simple and stress free. John is very knowledgeable, reliable and did a great job. Very reasonably priced too would highly recommend.

Via Whatsapp, John of PrintFix was able to hypothesize a diagnosis based on my observations, and was right! I'd already guessed the laser toner had dried up (I was wrong) and had bought some more. Prints were extremely faint. John asked if the printer was in a smokey or dusty environment - yes I'm a heavy smoker! He guessed the laser scanning optics (for print not scan) had got smoked up), and offered a trial fix - £55 if it worked, £30 if it didn't. I brought the printer to his office in Basingstoke. Extremely happy with the result!

The printer for our small business broke after a paper jam. John helped us diagnose the problem remotely and had the new part to us right away. John Wooderson at PrintFix provided me with truly excellent customer service when I recently took my more than decade-old malfunctioning HP MFP laser printer to his workshop. He was impressively knowledgeable and diligently set about diagnosing the problem. It turned out that a faulty printed circuit board (PCB) was likely responsible, making the repair uneconomical. John helpfully recommended a selection of suitable replacement MFP laser printers, one of which I ended up purchasing from a trusted supplier.

I tried a few different websites but John from PrintFix was friendly and easy to deal with. He came round the next day quickly sorted the problem out and was happy to give further advice on dealing with the printer going forward. Happy to recommend.

I discovered PrintFix some years ago when I had a printer failure at a crucial time. I searched on-line for a 'local' repair [- within 20 miles] and took my laser printer to PrintFix/ John by appointment 'there-and-then'. It was fixed whilst a waited - I was impressed with his approach, efficient workshop and helpful customer inface. I have subsequently referred to John ever since when printer issues arise, including just recently [January 24] where the response to yet another 'critical time' failure has again been resolved so well.

I had a really nasty paper jam, so bad that I could not remove all the paper from the printer. I took it over to John Wooderson at PrintFix, and he was able to resolve the problem - and yes, it really was a difficult one! I'll certainly use him again if I need my printer fixed in the future.

I thought my Epson L355 printer was dead until I stumbled across John. Quick email contact identified that replacement of print pads was possible (despite advice to the contrary from Epson). It’s very difficult to get someone to come out and work on your printer. My printer was working and then not working very frustrating. I called John at Print Fix and he kept in touch next day to see if there was a possibility of him coming to my house. My Epson printer had stopped functioning, owing to the printer pads having come to the end of their serviceable life. John promptly ordered the replacement ink pads and, within a couple of days, my printer was back up and running like new again for a reasonable fee. Called PrintFix and spoke to John reference a Laser Printer print quality issue. He arranged a visit next day to look at it and diagnosed faulty toner cartridges as the cause. As the toner cartridges have a three-year warranty, he advised me to contact the company in question for replacements which they have agreed to send me. Very helpful, speedy fix and good advice. I would definitely use PrintFix again!

I discovered John at PrintFix on line. I have had a long-standing issue with the quality of the printing on my machine. As a bit of a rookie l was afraid it was something that l may have done. He was most accommodating and even agreed to meet me at his workshop on our way down to Poole this Saturday 21st May. Very good service from Print Fix. I'll use them again if/when I need some action on my printers. John responded very well to the problems I reported, assessed what might be needed, then visited my office to attend to the printers. Having extensively tried myself to fix my (excellent) Dell 2135CN multifunction printer (lots of online help), I drove (by agreement) my unresponsive device to John's workshop, where he eventually resolved what turned out to be an extremely awkward issue related to a printed circuit board. He kept in regular touch, maintained his quotation (even acquiring a second hand printer at his own cost, with associated risks!) and restored its performance for less than £100 (even throwing in the spare toners he received with his spare parts!). John is a consummate professional in his field. A year ago, he solved a paper jam problem with my Epson printer, so when I got an immoveable paper jam in my shredder, he was my obvious port of call. In spite of it not lying in his speciality, he kindly agreed to have a look at it. I left it with him to strip down and inspect. He readily identified where the fault lay, and tried to obtain the necessary spare part but, sadly, that proved impossible. Not for want of effort on John's part. I recently had a big problem with my printer not working at all. I rang John expecting to have to pay for an expensive repair. I had a printer problem after jamming it with paper. I hadn’t any idea what to do and didn’t want to scrap it as I had a new cartridge to use that would probably just fit the Samsung. I need to print out receipts for our VAT returns and was relieved to find PrintFix. John called round to our Fleet home very quickly, took the printer away and a couple of days later it was delivered, fixed and cleaned. PrintFix was recommended to me by my local computer repair company. Unfortunately John was able to identify very quickly that he would not be able to fix the problem in a cost effective way himself, but nonetheless went to significant lengths to help me find out how best to resolve the issue - even though he would not be paid for his time. John at PrintFix has helped me on several occasions now (I seem to be the unluckiest person in the world when it comes to printers!) and I couldn't recommend the company highly enough for its friendly and efficient service. If you need advice re. printer sales or repairs, I don't see how you could do better than PrintFix. (And I am in no way related to the company or its staff, by the way!! Just a very satisfied customer).

John is really good - one of these 'does what he says on the tin' kind of guys. I had a problem with a printer and he came out to see me same day. Identified that I'd ordered the wrong ink and ruined the print head and suggested that the cost of the repair would be more than the printer itself. Total honesty and a quick response - I like that in a supplier, thanks John would always recommend you.

I can't remember how long I have relied on John, it has to be at least 8 years, in two different companies. He can usually fix it, if not, he will tell you. If it's not worth fixing, he will tell you. I totally trust him, which is really important for me. He will always try to fit you in as soon as possible, often on the way to another job. I would totally recommend him.

I was scouting online to find a local company to help with my Epson inkjet printer. The printer had bad printing quality and I was trying to save having to buy a new printer after spending out on buying new ink cartridges for it. I found PrintFix and realised they were just around the corner from me. John fitted me in the next day so I could take my printer to him and I had it back the following day. Despite us both being dubious about the possibility of fixing the issue, John managed to get my printer working better than before and I even managed to get more prints out of it after he had fixed it and without the quality being compromised. John was very accommodating, honest and very reasonably priced and saved me a fortune!
